Terms of Service

Appointments can be booked online via our website or by phone. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

We strive to maintain a strict schedule to respect all our clients' time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened to fit the remaining time, and full service charges may still apply.

Our barbers are skilled professionals. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior or symptoms of contagious skin or scalp conditions to ensure the safety and hygiene of our shop and patrons.

Offerfrontiers Barbershop is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged on the premises. While we use professional-grade tools and products, clients are responsible for informing barbers of any known allergies or skin sensitivities prior to treatment.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All payments are due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit, and cash. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
